Everything you need to know — from creating your account to receiving your certificate.
Create Your Account
Go to the Sign Up page and fill in your professional details — name, specialty, institution, and country. Your account gives you access to your ticket, QR code, certificates, and abstract submissions. Use a valid email address as all communications will be sent there.
Choose Your Package & Register
On the Register page, choose your package — Conference Only, Workshops Only, or Conference + All Workshops. If you select workshops, you can choose specific ones. Contact info@sgbcc-africa.org if you need help choosing.
Receive Your Confirmation Email
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered with. It contains your Registration ID and next steps. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact info@sgbcc-africa.org.
Find Your QR Code
Your unique QR code is available in your Dashboard under the Registration section. Save a screenshot to your phone before the conference — you will need to present it to venue staff on arrival. Do not share your QR code with others.
⚠️ Important
Do not scan your own QR code. It must be scanned by staff at the venue registration desk. Self-scanning will not register your attendance.
Check In at the Venue
On arrival at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile, proceed to the SGBCC Africa 2026 registration desk. Present your QR code on your phone or a printout. Staff will scan it to confirm your attendance for that day. Attendance is tracked separately for Day 1 (October 1) and Day 2 (October 2), and for each workshop.
Complete the Feedback Survey
After the conference, complete the feedback survey from your dashboard or the Feedback page. This takes about 2 minutes and is required for certificate generation. Your feedback helps improve future conferences.
Receive Your Certificate
Once your attendance is confirmed and your feedback survey is submitted, your CME certificate will be generated within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification. Download the PDF from the Certificates page. The certificate includes a unique verification ID and QR code.
